Gentle Yoga with Marcy

This is an all level yoga class held every Wednesday in the Parish Hall. Beginners are welcomed and no experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. We do have a few mats available and chairs who prefer not to sit on the ground. Face masks are not required if you have been fully vaccinated.

Tours include the site of Fort Cumberland, our 1850 sanctuary, the Underground Railroad Tunnels and our Tiffany stained glass windows and are offered by reservation only.
